As Sales Director Mark is hands-on in his approach to clients and candidates alike, keeping abreast of all new regulatory change, sector skills and industry trends.
After joining Highams in 2007 as a Business Studies graduate, Karen started her career within resourcing before progressing to Operations Manager and now her current role of Managing Director.

Reaching over 10 years with Highams, Claire joined the team in 2006 and is a part-time Accounts Assistant. Forming part of the finance team, Claire is tasked with assisting accounts and contractor payments for the company.

Natasha joined Highams in 2004 forming part of the Business Support unit, quickly becoming a dedicated and efficient member of the team. Now operating as the Sales & Operations Administrator, Natasha oversees the requirements of the Sales & Ops team as well as contract administration, IT & database support.
