Project Manager - London Market Insurance Implementation

Our client is a boutique Insurance solutions provider to London Market and Lloyd’s of London syndicates.

As a small and specialist organisation their delivery teams  are extremely friendly, highly talented and collaborative building long term relationships with their clients.

We are now looking to support their UK expansion and hire a Project Manager with Insurance experience.


Essential Experience  

  • Knowledge of IT  software or Insurance package solutions
  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager within Insurance,  London Market or Lloyd’s of London Insurance
  • Experience of delivering business change, managing IT implementations and technology projects in a complex environment.



You will be responsible for the hands on, full end to end project management for the implementation of IT solutions to clients within London and South East.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects and pieces of work simultaneously and provide project status reports to key stakeholders as required.
  • Run workshops to investigate user requirements and complex problems or issues.
  • Liaise with the technical teams to ensure that the deliverables are met in accordance with project timescales.
  • Coordinate with business analysts and account managers to ensure user requirements are gathered and prioritised.
  • Coordinate with business analysts and trainers to ensure that the appropriate level of training is offered when required.
  • Maintain a close relationship with end users and build a comprehensive understanding of business processes and business terminology.


This role would be home based, with travel to London Head office or client sites c. 2 times per month.

However employees can more days in the office if this is preferable.
